[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH][5] Correct a typo in egg-install

Hello hackers,
here's a patch that fixes what I believe is a c&p error, I've also
replaced some uses of
install-executable-command with install-file-command which I believe
is more correct
as the plain text files we're installing have no need to be marked as +x.
