I just realised it's not completed in the sense that the definitions still
live in the "posix" file(s).  I've reset it to [partial].

I'd create a patch to move stuff, but I'm waiting for the other two
patches regarding file permissions and access times to land, first,
to avoid unnecessary conflicts.
