[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH] Regression in define-foreign-variable

Hello hackers,
some days ago Mario noticed that the xft egg [1] stopped building, after a quick
look at the log it looks that 7079f6853 is the culprit. Commit 122640ea10 was
meant to fix a similar regression introduced by that commit and this patch
finishes the job.
