[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH] Fix README instructions for building from git

Hi all,

As pointed out by Caolan in #1360, the instructions for building from
git are not exactly right.  I think it's better to avoid messing
with LD_LIBRARY_PATH entirely, as a proper (temporary) install is
much simpler.

If someone absolutely wants to avoid installing first, they should
be knowledgeable enough to make it work with LD_LIBRARY_PATH, but
I don't think the official instructions need to deal with this edge
case.

This patch should apply to both master and chicken-5.
