I just realised I didn't to respond to this question earlier.
I don't feel strongly either way. I see their purpose, and you could
argue we should keep them around for completeness, but I've never used
them so don't really mind.
However, I *do* think their bindings should be equivalent to those
provided by (null-environment 4) and (null-environment 5). What makes
you think they're different?
