[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH] Add script to automate bootstrapping |

This patch adds a bootstrapping script to simplify and automate the
necessary steps of building the development tree from git.
It would be great if we could keep this script up to date in the cases
where backwards (build-)compatibility is broken.
