[Chicken-hackers] Regression in CHICKEN 5

Hi all,

commit bb6bf66b4bb6c16fedaf0aea55e965f9497f2885
just undoes what commit 0ae333805f8fc782d4cdc36e1f3675028a26d9fa
introduced (argument to csc-options etc. being passed through ->string).

Commit dc07113cf79a1930c6a109c738138dbea15afbc0 throws this out completely.

Hence egg files can not yet use unqoted arguments are now working. Instead 
they fail like this:

Error: (string->list) bad argument type - not a string: -J
