This patch addresses #1687. During installation "chicken-install -update-db" may
fail when an already installed chicken at the same installation prefix contains
a setup.defaults file with a non-matching version number. The installation still
proceeded but the module db would not be created. Just overriding with
"-defaults"
should fix this.
