Many thanks for agreeing to take over, Thomas.

I've left Circle in limbo for the last few months by not being involved,
but not handing things over either (having been sidetracked by illness and
phd writeup and so on). Having someone with at least a little free time
and motivation in charge should give Circle a fresh lease on life.
