yes you can:
login as user1
start a daemon: "circle start"
activate the hashtable: "circle activate"
once itshashtable is active, other
clients can connect to it.
login as user2
start another daemon: "circle start"
connect it to the first one: "circle connect 127.0.0.1:29610"
(assuming the port number is 29610)
