Yes, but it rather lags in features.
It's built into the normal version, the option is: --text
I haven't looked at it for a while, but last time I tried it, it was barely
usable by someone who was already familiar with the program and had all the
settings already set up. Starting as a new user would be pretty much
impossible.
Not sure if it works with win32 (it used not to).
