I think it has to do with the router dropping packets from random people
that the node has never talked to before.  If the router has ssh and
python, the Circle will attempt to run a proxy on the server that makes
everything work.

I don't know if this still works, but I used it fairly consistantly about
a year ago.  (The problem being that you pretty well need a hefty UN*X
system for a router to do this.  Windoze and little hardware boxen need
not apply.)
