Does anybody know?  We've occasionally compared libgcj against JDK 1.1
here (internally at Red Hat).  It is pretty close.  (Offhand I don't
recall what is missing.)

Well, it is pretty close if you only look at the packages we actually
implement.  If you look at something like AWT you'll be disappointed.
