Going through the archives I found out that gcj seems to miscompile some
things with -O2. So the next suggestion for the gcj/INSTALL file would
be:

    Some (all?) version of gcj contain optimization bugs when -O2 is
    used to compile to native code. If you get failures in the test
    results please try to re-configure with GCJFLAGS set to just -g:
    GCJFLAGS=-g ../gcj/configure --prefix=/usr/local/gnu_crypto

The generated test vectors seem to be the same (not all have been
generated yet) as the onces from:
ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/gnu-crypto/gnu-crypto-1.0.0-tv.tar.bz2
(Except that those are in 'ASCI with CRLF line terminators' format.)
