There are 322 files containing various keywords, some beyond "Id", the
most numerous. Additional keywords are ineffective as required property
is absent.  I enumerated such files below by name excepting Java source
files which are summarized.

I propose:

1. Existing svn:keywords properties shall be promptly removed.

2. Files having "keyword anchors" shall have such removed when revised.

3. Project coding standard documents shall clearly state this policy.
