The patch fixes an obvious typo in the collation
rules for the 'en', 'de' and 'nl' locales. The rules
are still incomplete compared with the JDK 1.4.0 rules
for 'en_US', for example. But this patch is a step in
the right direction.

I commited this to CVS but I will not close this patch to remind me on ditching
this stuff. The plan is to replace this java source files with property files
automatically generated from glibc. The patch to glibs is still in the works.
