Yes, certainly when the page is hosted at www.gnu.org (none of the other
gnu.org pages link to proprietary software). Even when clearly marked as
such they give the impression that we recommend or endorse their use
which is certainly not the case.

If the scope isn't clear from our pages we should update them, not point
users to non-free programs. Proprietary software developers are clearly
free to use GNU Classpath and we welcome them as long as they act as
free software developers and help us getting more free implementations
of the core classes. But they can do their own advertisement.
