Summary: HTML entities such as auml and nbsp should be put back in the API doc

Original Submission: Since the gjdoc that we use (which could have been setup
wrongly) doesn't handle HTML entities (such as auml and nbsp) they were
removed. They should be put back when we get a working gjdoc for this.
