I think we can get away without doing this now. It was of
more concern with the build system dependencies I believe
and the fact that we used to distribute the binary class
files. Debian does package some parts of classpath so
perhaps it isn't a big deal now.

Do we really want to do this?
I would like to see a pure source distribution as much as
possible. If someone has a VM or compiler that uses the
pre-compileed binaries/classes they can distribute them on
their own.
