Did these changes also go upstream?
I normally just reimport the libraries in the 'external' directory and
would hate to lose local changes. So best to only update those files if
the changes were already accepted upstream.

Note that I didn't check this case, I thought it would be good to warn
people about updating things in the 'external' directory since those are
not really part of GNU Classpath proper.
