The status is that savannah hasn't processed new projects since
November.  I've been waiting for a project to be made so that we have
a public place to work on jalopy changes.

It's time for us to consider other hosting options.  Sourceforge
processed my last account request same-day -- how about we do that?
Unless someone has a better idea I'll do that, perhaps next week.
