Summary:  inetilb: APOP authentication broken [PATCH]

Original Submission:  I had to apply a patch (attached) to 
gnu.inet.pop3.POP3Connection to get APOP authentication to work. The default 
setup tries to use APOP, fails, and throws an undetailed 
AuthenticationFailedException :|

Should the POP3Connection fall back to using USER to log in if no APOP 
timestamp was available?
