Patch: Removing Japhar stuff

I just commited the attached patchto remove stuff used to detect 
Japhar. Its dead since ages.

Brain: I removed CLASSPATH_CHECK_THREADS too because I supposed it was 
only used by Japhar. It was not used anymore. Is this correct ?

        * acinclude.m4: Removed all Japhar specific stuff. Japhar is dead
        since a long time. This also includes the macro
        CLASSPATH_CHECK_THREADS.
