Summary: Remove HtmlParser dependency

Original Submission: The software currently relies on
javax.swing.html.HtmlParser to be present and functional. This is a problem
because Classpath currently does not provide a swing implementation. Remove
this dependency by adding a simple drop-in HTML parser.

I do not see any reference to swing in the current source code, isn't this task
done?
