Details:

The CORBA wide chars and wide strings currently can be transferred between
two Classpath CORBA applications but not between Classpath and other vendor
applications. The current CORBA implementations demand the additional
information on how the wide chars are encoded. In Classpath, they are encoded
in Unicode. 

Work with the literature and figure out that information must be included in
the sending context when passing the wide character in Unicode. 

Task extension: write support for the alternative wide char encoding formats.
