Details:

In classpath-0.15:

In gnu.xml.aelfred2.XmlParser, at line 1377, is the following code:

       if (type.equals("CDATA") || type == null)

Obviously, the null check cannot take place, since a null
pointer exception would already have been be thrown if type
had been null.
