    ext2fs: tune the size of the inode cache
    
    The node cache uses a fixed number of buckets giving it a linear
    access complexity, although with a small constant factor.  Paper over
    this issue by increasing the number of buckets.
    
    * ext2fs/inode.c (INOHSZ): Increase from 512 to 8192 entries.
