    Increase the size of the kernel map
    
    Sometimes, in particular during IO spikes, the slab allocator needs
    more virtual memory than is currently available. The new size should
    also be fine for the Xen version.
    
    * i386/i386/vm_param.h (VM_KERNEL_MAP_SIZE): Increase value.
