Enhancement requests

Don't know how much support these will recieve however, here goes:

  .1) Short cuts for printing and display STL structures - of base types.

      ie. displaying ... vector<int>, map<int, string> 

      Subranges would need to specified for big structures.

  .2) Enabling editing of the src in src window .... not by default ... 
      but I could then develop pretty much entirely in DDD.
