strange error...

hello,

i installed ddd 3.3 recently in Suse 7.1 .  I got everything to install 
right (used the rpm version of ddd), but when i tried to invoke it.. the 
ddd splashscreen came up for 2 seconds and i got the following error on the 
command line:

ddd: error while loading shared libraries: ddd: undefined symbol: _ 
_dynamic_cast_2


do you know how i can resolve this problem?
