Just a couple of notes about compiling ddd on Darwin (Apple's next OS).
1. Ddd and ddd can be the same on HFS+ filesystems, thus if building
ddd, Ddd can get overwritten during the build. It would be nice if
Ddd were actually named Ddd.ad to avoid this. In fact without it
renamed, it's a little difficult to install.
2. When compiling with the --enable-builtin-app-defaults added, it
appears there is a slight mistake in Ddd.in on line 645,

O veryCompact=\n\
needs to be

$DB::emacs = 1\n\
O compactDump=\n\
O veryCompact=\n
Thanks, David
