Andrew,

I have tried with the header but forget to mention that in the first email. 
It is like ./configure --with-motif-includes=/usr/X11R6/include/Xm. It still 
does not work. 

Also I download lesstif lesstif-0.93.94-1.i386.rpm with other 3 rpms. When I 
install the lesstif library package it says several files conflict with the 
files from package lesstif-0.93.36-2mdk. It include libXm.so. But I don't think 
it is a problem.

I may try to download the source code to install lesstif.
