DDD issue

To whom it may concern,

I installed successfully (well I think) ddd on my computer. I was able to 
use it on the test case (make check) and on some of my programs. However, 
since this morning, each time I try to run ddd (on c or C++ programs), it 
tells me:
DDD no source
MyDirectory/sysdep/i386/elf/start.S: no such file or directory
Do you know which file is it talking about?
