DDD on z/OS USS

Hi

We try to use the DDD in z/OS USS (EBCDIC) platform

We have compiled on z/OS , the DDD starts but have problems with 
pseudoterminal open , got an open error for the slave

We have compiled in a linux machine also,  and tried to use via "remote 
inferior debugger" , "dbx" till now no real success, it hungs.

If someone has any hint , experience about this.
