Comment:
this patch should set up project webpages in each project's CVS repository. it
does it by creating an 'htdocs' module and auto-updating the project's htdocs
directory with the repositorie's contents whenever the new_parse.pl script is
run ... i'm going to look into making this trigger-based instead, but most of
the code should remain the same

i'm not sure how well the "install" stuff will work (specifically in
debian/rules) since i don't really know how to make a debian package :)

also this patch is against 2.5, but 2.6 should work also (managing some changes
by hand)

Comment:
I will try to deal with this
I think i will just allow to declare a CVS module
as the web site, and extract this module automagically
in the web page place.

Comment:
I've got an update to this patch, finally, but it's not in patch-form (i do
have a tar.gz, though). It creates CVS triggers which run the update scripts
only when the 'htdocs' module is touched. We're doing some testing on another
machine here, and then I can pass it along for comments.
