Guys, I have a whole command line framework that i got running in
october. It handles the full connection, ssh and all that. 
We can easily tack soap on top of it.

It uses LWP and sets up the cookies and all that.
It works all the way up the file release system on the standard sf,
if you want to help with the cli, please provide me a test server so
that I can try it out on the gforge or debian-sf
