the names of the "Master Group" and "News Group" groups as inherited
from Sourceforge 2.5. I have just committed a patch to CVS renaming
these groups if you happened to have the, um, other names. This

I thought about it, and came to the conclusion that the simplest
solution was to make "system" groups public. Other solutions would
have to introduce special-casing, and I don't like that.
Please test if you can build your own packages from CVS (or wait for
Christian to release 2.6-0+10).
