In my experience so far, the default installation path fails both.
I thought the installation process contains something like
"install-ldap.sh configure" but it does not work well always.
(invalid credential?)
So I had to comment it in /var/..../postinst....(I don't remember the exact
file name. sorry) and run install-ldap.sh purgre/reset/configre manually.
It does not fail if it has already working debian-sf installation but
always fails if you install it from scratch.
(install woody-install debian-sf)
Seems like the problem occurs when you insert some data related to debian-sf
to ldap "for the first time".
