[Debian-sf-users] "Error -- Permission: User Not Found"

When I go to http://sftest.gsfc.nasa.gov/admin/approve-pending.php,

I get the message:

"Error

Permission: User Not Found"

As I said earlier, I'm not a particularly good coder, so I'm kind of
lost trying to track down why this is not working.  I'm also not much of
a database guy, so you can see how this is a particularly tricky problem
for me.  I'd usually try to figure it out myself but I'm on a tight
schedule here.

Can someone please give me some suggestions as to what I may be doing
wrong?
