Actually other projects don't use texinfo as the primary format.
Considering the DejaGnu manual doesn't barely get any updates, I'm not
sure if it matters. I choose docbook cause it produced better camera
ready documentation. Course maybe as an old project that isn't as
important as it was way at Cygnus. So I guess I'd be open to a change...
