* config/Makefile.inc

  Use gettext's msgcat instead of ocaml-gettext --merge to merge
  demexp.pot into fr.po as ocaml-gettext is currently unable to handle
  UTF-8 strings.

* po/fr.po

  New header introduced by msgcat. To be filed.
