Hello dear DemExp developers,

Please find below a paper on election method for Condorcet voting by
Markus Schulze sent to me by the author itself.

Right now, I have not enough free time to read and comment the paper, so
I forward his email as-is. If you have time to make comments, please
post them on the list.

Yours,
david

Dear David,

I have attached the paper "A New Monotonic and Clone-Independent
Single-Winner Election Method." This paper has been accepted for
publication in "Voting Matters." This paper is about that election
method that is sometimes called "Schwartz Sequential Dropping" (SSD).

When you think that this attachment could be interesting for other
people, then I invite you to forward it to them.

Markus Schulze
