[Demexp-dev] A small program to get the database

Hello,

You'll find below a small ocaml program to get the content of a demexp
server in a textual form. Some information is lost (the votes
themselves, the password of users) but it is better than nothing.

usage: demexp-pump server port login password

e.g.: ./demexp-pump tuxinette.linux-france.org 50000 david david_passwd > 
base-2004-10-31.txt

You should have admin rights on the server to get all the information
(users and tags, it is a bug for tags).
