[Demexp-dev] *EXPERIMENTAL* web interface for demexp

Hello,

I've implemented a basic web interface to demexp using WDialog. You can
try it at:
  http://www.linux-france.org/cgi-bin/demexpweb.cgi

This web interface connects to tuxinette:50000 demo server. So your
regular login works on it.

This interface only allows to browse the position base, give a new
response and vote.

I just realized that one cannot add a new question! Oops! :)

I've not spent much time polishing it. So you'll probably find many bugs
and issues. Be gentle with me. ;)

If you have suggestions on way to improve the interface, please tell me
(or even better, send patches). The look could certainly be improved
with a little bit of CSS. I've not checked HTML compliance neither.
