[Demexp-dev] New demexp server for tests

Hello,

I've restarted a new demexp server at following URL:
  demexp://demo.demexp.org:50065

This server is also available through XML RPC using this proxy:
  http://demo.demexp.org/cgi-bin/demexp-xmlrpc-test

This server is intended for developpers, to test modifying features like
account creation or removal, creation of questions, etc. The current
base is a copy of demo server base.

Like the demo server, root account (needed to create new users for
example) on test server is:

  login: root
  passwd: demexp
