[Demexp-dev] About latest ketty's demexpweb.cgi

Hello Ketty,

I've tested your latest demexpweb.cgi and I like it very much! The
interface seems rather intuitive and improves a lot on mine. Feel free
to submit on demexp-dev@ a set of patches you would want to integrate
in my own demexp.

The only restriction I would have (related to democratic experience
goal) is to make tag manipulation and account creation optional (e.g.
via a config file or a ./configure option).
