[Demexp-dev] Annoying bug in 0.8.2

Hello,

Of course, just after releasing 0.8.2, I found an annoying bug in this
release: all questions are marked "unseen" after an upgrade. I fixed it
in my Mercurial tree[1].

If anybody wants to package the latest release, let me know and I'll
make a 0.8.3.
