I'm sorry to inform you that your application to the OCaml Summer 
Project has not been accepted.  We had a surprisingly high number of 
strong proposals, and while we in the end decided to fund more proposals 
than we had originally thought, there were still many good proposals 
that didn't make the cut.

Thanks for the work you put into your project proposals.
