[Demexp-dev] Instruction and patch to compile on Debian Etch and Ubuntu Feisty

Hello,

I have updated two demexp trees with modifications and docs to compile
on Debian Etch and Ubuntu Feisty (I've not checked that it really works
for Ubuntu Feisty but the patch is the same).

For the (file incompatible) development version:
  http://www.linux-france.org/cgi-bin/hgwebdir.cgi/demexp/latest-dev

For the stable 0.8 version:
  http://www.linux-france.org/cgi-bin/hgwebdir.cgi/demexp/version-0.8

I've checked that the demexp server works on Debian Etch. So those
versions can work on demexp.org.
