Firstly, Its dual licensed, one of which is based on the OEM model and
the other is GPL. I donot see  this as a fair deal since it takes away
the  freedom  to  use  the  software  for  commercial  purposes  (note
commercial use, not commercialisation of the software itself). How can
a person  who is _not_  a student /  non-profit / research  person use
mSQL. Is the user allowed to apply the GPL to it? Im not very clear.
